Every time I come to Miami I have to make my way to Nude Pita. I have proudly been coming here for years. I can’t get over their vegan seitan gyro. It’s absolutely delicious. As a vegan that loves good food… I feel seen. This place is top tier when it comes to flavor. Vegan or not you won’t be sorry. This is certainly the best vegan gyro, hands down.I highly recommend the seitan gyro, extra onions add hot sauce— you won’t be sorry.On top of that the staff and owner are so kind and create a wonderful atmosphere. They always brighten my day. ✨😌🤤

We began our journey with a select few vegan-style pita offerings, fueled by Chef Alexia's love for culinary innovation. As pioneers in presenting a diverse range of vegan pitas in a Greek restaurant, we quickly found success. This encouraged us to broaden our menu, now boasting 90% vegan options. Our Roots
Chef Alexia after losing 120 pounds wanted to make healthy meals tasty and convenient. That gave birth to Alexia's Virtual Restaurants and Market!
Our Restaurants provide delicious meals with Low Carb, Keto options, all without GMO, Additives or Sugars hence Nude!
Who is Chef Alexia? Alexia is originally from Greece. At 8 years old she convinced her aunt to work the salad station at her restaurant and that's where her love for cooking & the restaurant business began.
Alexia migrated to the US to attend Culinary School. As a Chef, Alexia worked in Michelin star restaurants, was in Top Chef Athens competition, won many culinary awards including "Best Greek Restaurant" two times.
After being exposed on Tv, a Greek producer started her Cooking Show which eventually lead to her own YouTube Channel "Chef Alexia TV", an Online Cooking School, an E-Cookbook "Pure Food Pure Mood", and a line of Spice Blends.
Alexia also studied Restaurant Management at FIU, which lead her to open 4 restaurants, in Greece, and sell them before she was 30. She returned to the US and joined a global QSR company which led her to operate 20 restaurants, as well as become the Senior Training Director of 50 locations.
With all this experience she is now creating a chain of restaurants completely focused on convenient, healthy, and tasty food, in a sustainable way. Most of all to share love with the people in our team, and the people we serve. Together we can grow, improve and give love!
